With over 10 years of experience in junior golf instruction, Tom is a seasoned coach who knows how to make golf fun and meaningful for kids of all levels. A former Head Pro at Dove Canyon Golf Club in California, Tom is now co-owner and Head Professional at Avid Caddie in Lone Tree. He has led dozens of youth camps, coached multiple PGA Junior League teams, and worked with hundreds of junior golfers across Colorado and California. His coaching style is direct, encouraging, and built around real, measurable improvement — not just time on the mat.
