1. Assumption of Risk

Indoor golf carries inherent risks. By entering the facility, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, or property damage that may occur, whether to yourself, your guests, or your belongings.

2. Release of Liability

You agree to release and hold harmless Avid Caddie, PB2 Inc., its owners, staff, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses connected to your visit, except in cases of gross negligence. You are responsible for your own medical costs and any personal property loss.

3. Minors

If you’re signing for a minor, you confirm you are their legal guardian and accept full responsibility for their safety and conduct.

Minors must remain under your direct supervision.

4. Safety & Conduct Expectations

Please use the space responsibly. Always swing from the hitting mat. Stay clear of active players. Wear appropriate shoes. Keep behavior respectful. No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive conduct. You may be recorded for security purposes. Damages caused by unsafe or negligent use must be paid for by the responsible party.

5. Facility Use

Avid Caddie is a private membership club. Your access today is temporary and limited to this event. Continued access and booking privileges require membership.

7. Communication Consent

By signing this waiver, you consent to receive texts and emails from Avid Caddie, including your special offers and upcoming promotions.

8. Legal Notes

This agreement is governed by Colorado law. If any part of it is found invalid, the rest still applies. Your signature covers your entire visit today.
